Delivery time for orders within Spain is between 1 and 3 days; within the EU, between 2 and 5 days; and outside the EU, between 3 and 15 days.
Please note that delivery times are approximate and may vary. During promotional periods and festive seasons, shipments may take longer than usual.
Shipping is free on all orders over 150 euros. International shipping is available on our online shop.
In-store purchases must be returned to a store location, as we cannot process refunds through our online shop in such cases. You can visit the shop where you purchased the item and show the receipt to request a return or exchange. For online orders, you have up to 15 calendar days from receiving your order to request a free return. Your refund will be processed once we have received your order.
You may also exchange your unwanted item(s) for free for any other item in stock within 30 days of receiving it. In both cases, the product must be returned in perfect condition, inside its protective bag and in the original packaging in which it was sent.

Taxes are included in purchases within EU countries.
International shipment doesn't cover taxes and customs duties. It's the buyer's responsibility to accept the expenses. We can’t estimate the cost of these fees, as they depend strictly on the country to which the order is sent.
In accordance with RDL 1/2007, of November 16, durable goods have a 3-year warranty from the delivery date.
Deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, improper use or handling, or materials subjected to wear due to normal use are not included.
In incidents that justify the use of the warranty, the option will be to repair, replace the item, reduce the price, or refund, in legally established terms.
