Barada insures each purchase during the time it is in transit and until delivery.
Yes, you will receive a tracking number to your email. This number will allow you to track your order through the corresponding courier company.
Yes, it is possible to cancel or modify an item depending on the status of your order. It is not possible to add an item to an existing order.
If you need to make any changes to your order, you can contact our customer service team as soon as possible and we will do our best to help you.
The final price the website provides once you know where the international shipping is going includes import taxes and duties. No additional charges apply at the time of delivery. Local customs laws may apply.
Returns & Exchanges
You can enjoy quick and easy returns or exchanges on all orders within 30 days of purchase. Of course, in both cases the product must be returned in perfect condition, inside its protective bag and in the original packaging in which it was received.
Barada reserves the right to refuse any return of merchandise that does not meet our return requirements. If your return is not accepted, we will return it to you and no refund will be issued.
Designs purchased in physical stores are not subject to return or refund through our online store. To exchange it, you will have to go to the physical store where it was purchased and present the purchase receipt to exchange it for another item.

Legal guarantee
In accordance with RDL 1/2007, of November 16, durable goods have a guarantee of 3 years from the date of delivery.
Deficiencies caused by negligence, knocks, improper use or manipulation, or materials subjected to wear and tear due to normal use are not included.
In those incidents that justify the use of the guarantee, the option will be to repair, replace the item, discount or return, under the legally established terms.

The international price is calculated according to the current exchange rate between the currency of Spain on our website and the local currency of the specified shipping destination.
We reserve the right to update such exchange rates from time to time in our sole discretion, and you acknowledge that such updates may affect product prices.
Product care
Barada bags come with a 12-month warranty and free lifetime repair service.
In the unlikely event that your Barada bag needs repair (for example a lock or handle breaks or something needs to be re-stitched) within 12 months of your purchase date, we will arrange collection, repair it and We will ship back to your chosen address free of charge. Please note that normal wear and tear of the leather is excluded from the warranty and we cannot repair marks or stains on the leather (avoid contact with clothing with strong dyes such as dark jeans as they may stain the leather), this also excludes softening of the shape of the bag with the use that usually occurs with leather items, since these are not quality defects.
We also offer repair service after 12 months. If in the unlikely event that a part needs repair (for example a lock or handle breaks or something needs to be re-sewn), we can replace the part as long as we still have that part in stock. Your Barada item is a unique piece that deserves to be cared for to maintain its qualities over time. Avoid direct exposure to light and heat sources, preserving it inside its fabric cover. Storing it this way will help protect it and preserve its original shape. Likewise, it is important not to overload it so that it can maintain its structure without deformations.
To ensure the durability and beauty of your item, it is crucial to avoid excessive contact with water, grease, perfumes or cosmetics. If it gets wet, gently remove excess moisture with a cloth without rubbing and allow it to dry at room temperature.
It is important to mention that, in the case of leather bags, suede bags and exotic leather products, variations in tone, markings or grains are natural characteristics that should not be considered imperfections. Additionally, on some products, Barada uses engraving or leather printing techniques that may result in differences in color or definition, adding uniqueness to each piece.
As a result of the transformation process, slight color transfer may occur on all our leathers, especially in humid environments. Always keep this possibility in mind when pairing light-colored clothing with items made of suede or suede-like leather.
Imperfections in our fabric and canvas products are also part of their nature and should be appreciated as such. The colors and dyes of some of these products may also cause slight color transfer, so we recommend that you avoid combining light-colored clothing with brightly colored items.
